Oil Rig Crane

An oil platform is a fixed installation for producing oil/gas. A rig is a moveable installation for drilling wells that oil/gas can (hopefully) be produced from.

On a platform there is very little space. Cranes are used for moving things around to make best use of it.

Usually hydraulic crane is a commonly used on ships.

The deck crane is easy to operate, high in loading and unloading efficiency, and flexible in maneuvering.

The safe load indicator is specially designed to work on cranes fitted on ships. These are built with special grade materials which are less effected by salt water of sea. Usually IP67 or IP68 category of protection is used to ensure longer life of safe load indicator for these cranes.

Innovative Brains is manufacturing several types of safe load indicator models for these cranes. These SLI' s must have a very high reliability factor as these cranes remain in sea for several months and thus maintenance is not possible during this period.
